The loft-style layout puts the living room, full kitchen, laundry, one bedroom, bathroom, and a covered porch on the ground floor, all under high vaulted ceilings. The upstairs loft serves as a second bedroom or office. At 775 square feet, you get genuine two-bedroom functionality without the footprint of a typical two-bedroom unit.
The porch and entry location can be adjusted to suit different site orientations, and the plan can be simplified to a one-bedroom layout when smaller footprints are needed. Cultivate is an Eugene-based, MWESB-certified firm. The Klamath is their second plan in the pre-approved program, alongside the Deschutes.
